Cancellation Policy
This section gives you a short overview of your statutory rights of cancellation.

Please note that once you have placed an order, it may no longer be possible to modify your shipping address, cancel an order in time before it gets shipped or delay shipping times.
However, you are welcome to try and write our customer service to customerserivce@cotiereofficial.com. We will try our best to help you.
You have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund provided you notify us in writing as set out below that you are exercising this right of cancellation no later than fourteen (14) working days (i.e. excluding weekends and bank holidays) beginning with the day after you received your goods.
To exercise this right of cancellation:

Follow the return instructions in our Return Portal if you would like to withdraw from a contract.
Please note that if you fail to take reasonable care of returned goods or fail to return the goods to us, we will be entitled to make a claim against you for any losses which we suffer.
If your goods are faulty or do not meet the description given on the site, we will refund the value of your order for those goods. For more information on how to return goods to us please refer to the Return Policy section of the site.
We recommend that returned goods be sent via insured, traceable delivery for your protection.
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are :
• Item(s) not available
• Difficulty in processing your payment information
• Cannot ship to address provided
• Duplicate order was placed
If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive an email which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in alternative products, please contact us by email at customerserivce@cotiereofficial.com for a recommendation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund your payments excluding the delivery costs or other customs fees. We use the same means of payment, which you had originally used during the original transaction, for this repayment unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
We can refuse the repayment until the products are returned safe and in our requested conditions.
You must return or transfer the products to us immediately and, in any case, at the latest within 14 days with effect from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is maintained if you send the products before the expiry of the 14-day deadline.
You have to cover the full costs for returning the product/-s.
You must pay for any depreciation of the products only if this depreciation can be attributed to any handling with you that was not necessary for checking the condition, features and functionality of the products.
The cancellation right is not available for contracts
- for delivery of products which are not prefabricated and for whose manufacturing an individual selection or stipulation by the consumer is important or which are clearly tailored to the personal requirements of the consumer;
-for delivery of products which can spoil quickly or whose use-by date would be exceeded quickly;
